HangClimb Timer

App is simple and nice but unfortunately the sound is not working. Update: Oh thanks for the hint. It‘s working now :-)

This timer app is really easy and comfortable to configure. What I would still make it better is a configurable warmup time and optionally a read out timer so I don’t have to look at the phone. Especially with short intervals I sometimes get confused to have the same sound for stop and start.

I like the app due to its simplicity a lot. The only thing to add would be to have the possibility to have rests longer than 20s. Every thing else is flawless. I hope this feature gets added in future versions.

You hang. It’s really the simple things that keep you sharp. There aren’t and tricks to make you a better climber and you shouldn’t hurt yourself trying (especially not your fingers.) you can make your own workouts but the sample ones are pretty much as straightforward as you need. Short, sweet, simple, so effective. Tendon strength is not approached the same way as muscle strength and endurance is hard to replicate off of the wall. Use this app a few times a week and you won’t get left behind by your boulder buddies or your multi-pitch heroes!

Works well but the design is confusing and editing a workout can be really tedious. The beep is pretty quite but otherwise it’s a good app
