I decided to try this app, I subscribed and said that I had a week trial, well tried it for 24 hours and you don’t need more time to realize this is crappy, guess what?! When I cancelled the “trial” was gone and not able to get my money for the subscription back Anyway, I hope this doesn’t happen to more people
While the app looks very polished and nice, be wary and do not get the ‘7 day free trial’ if you’re unsure if you want this. You’ll get charged instantly. To the developer: this scummy tactic really put me off from using your app despite the initial good impression it made on me. Another point of feedback I have after my short time of using it is that it feels a bit too complicated, theres so much going on, I would’ve liked it if it was a bit more linear and oriented on chat check-ins with progression in mind of the chatbot (like with a real therapist that also takes into account all of your history and personal growth)
It is very nice and helpful but it sucks that you almost have to pay for everything
Loving this app
I wanted to try this out, and activated the 7day free trial. I instantly got a mail that the €61 was being charged for the year subscription. So no free trial what so ever. If you click on support, it instantly says, that they cant give you your money back, but only apple can. So it’s a common problem…
Bug
I was sceptical at first, but I’ve grown to enjoy this app quite a lot. The daily short tasks that it gives really help me to feel more positively about my day/life. I do recommend it!
