If you want to spend money, this is your game! The first location lures you into the game and playes on your winning high. Then there after presses you to spend money to get/obtain gems or other items to help you get through the levels. You will otherwise fail and be kept on that level continuously! Not recommended if you don’t purchase items to help you move forward….cute game but I am done spending money on it!!
I loooove this game , I been playing for a couple of years and it gets better and better , very challenging . Only issue is that is so difficult to earn coins sometimes.
The game isn’t really like the ads, nor are there babies or mini games for things like that. It’s a really fun game, but you don’t get enough coins to progress without paying and they reaaaaaaaaally oversell the fun new methods that don’t show up. Since the recent updates it is impossible to afford upgrades without paying for them. It’s a waste of time when there are easier (and cheaper) simulator games out there.
This game needs more time on the really hard levels I can’t do it under 3mins it’s not enough we NEED 10mins

I downloaded from the video ad and it turned out to be nothing like the previews really show. It is still a very addicting & fun game though! It’s hard to obtain coins if you don’t have the rhythm down when it comes to harder levels, but once you’re grooving you’re pretty much flying through levels. I love the different and unique styles of each hospital, super cool!
The game is a relatively fun time based one, with lots of in app purchases. You don’t need to buy anything as long as you have a lot of patience. The images of game play in the app store and ads are 100% different from the actual game and misleading. I’ve been playing over a year and haven’t seen anything that looks like those screenshots. It looks more fun than it is.
All of the happy ASMR games are as advertised. This one portrays that you will be running a hospital with babies…..you do not…..I have gone through MANY levels and not one pregnant mother or baby in any of them. The levels are unreasonably hard and you get sick of trying and give up the game.
I updated the app and it wont finish initializing. It stops at 60%. Fix this!
What is going on with this game??? I have been playing since September 2022. I have put more money than I care to admit into it. Yes it frustrates me that you have to spend real money to progress, but that’s not my main issue. My issue is my app was updated with the newest version, and now the app won’t open. It stays frozen on the loading screen. So I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it, and now it looks like it’s starting at the beginning again. Is there anyway I can get my data back??? I’ve spent too much money to just start over. 😤
