Lo descargué y me gustaba jugarlo porque lo podía usar incluso sin internet; pero después de una de las mil actualizaciones no se me abre el juego si es que no estoy conectada a una red. Me gustaba porque me entretenía porque viajo mucho por trabajo y a veces no hay señal en ruta o en los aviones. Completamente decepcionada y pensando en eliminarlo, aunque fuera de eso es muy entretenido
Porque se demoran tanto con la actualización, ya supere todos los mundos y no puedo seguir jugando
Es una mie*da. Si o si te pide descargar el juego y te traba todo lo que has avanzado. Tienes que cerrar la app, perder todo y volverla a abrir solo por un anuncio pésimamente diseñado.
This game was super fun and enjoyable until I reached a high level in the hospital and the mini match game. Now the lives won’t refresh and I can’t play either. I tried contacting the developer and I just get an error message so it won’t send. Have I beaten the game? Do I just delete the app now? I’m confused. I have updated my phone and the app and nothing.

The stamina stopped refilling after I updated the game I’m not gonna watch a video for every heart please fix the problem and two of the icons on the left have disappeared one of them is the group chat And I can’t send anything through costumer support it says it can’t send. Is the game crashed?
My main difficulty with this app is how many pop-ups appear on screen when you first open the app. Most of the time I go back to it, I have to spend at least a couple minutes just closing out of pop-ups if I want to play the main game.
I enjoy the game, but can we stop with fake “previews” of the game?! I don’t understand the point of showing pictures “previewing” the game that are not actual representations of the game…
I love the game, but all of a sudden my stamina is not refilling. The only way to get lives is to watch a video, or buy them with gems. I updated my app, and this DID NOT seem to fix the problem. I would love to keep playing the game, but I’m not going to watch a video for each life. Please fix
