Ran 47 hrs in the background, draining my iPhone battery
Not cool, draining my iPhone battery like that. I went to the Battery settings to find the culprit, and it says haptik was running 47h in the background with audio activity.

Love the ideal of using my watch and being able to sync with others. The only complaint I have is the difficulty of selecting the tempo I want. Currently you can only change the tempo by sliding your finger up and down. It would nice if we could type the tempo we want in. I have a known tempo and it would be easier (not mention faster) to just type it in and go.
Instead of a useful user interface, you get a cool particle effect. It’s cool, but a useful menu would be nice. I know it’s called “Haptic,” but it’s fairly faint and often hard to feel, and I wouldn’t mind having a sound option. Maybe a vibration that lasts a bit longer. Also, it would be nice if the flash would work when the app is in the background. What’s great about it is that it’s rock solid and steady. I tried a few other apps and it was shocking that most can’t keep steady time, and they actually want money for them.

As others have said, this type of app is needed for a lot of applications. But the beats on the watch are not strong enough. Unfortunate.
There is a serious need for an app like this. It works great on my iPhone. Although it does work on my watch it doesn’t provide enough of a vibration to be of any use. I play guitar and when I play, I cannot feel the beat coming from my watch. Since operation on my watch was my main reason for purchasing this app, as of the writing of this review, it is no use to me. My 3 star rating is based on the fact that it doesn’t work sufficiently to be of use on my watch.
Love the idea, but it’s too soft on the watch to follow it while playing guitar.
In a controlled environment (both hands on the phone and carefully moving my thumb to adjust tempo) I cannot consistently land on the tempo I want. And there’s no way to adjust other than by sliding up and down. There’s no way I’ll be able to set the tempo on the fly during a performance.
Could be great but can’t stop screen from going black on Apple Watch which stops the haptics and visual metronome which makes it pointless. There’s no way to fix this either
I need one simple functionality: controllable haptics. This app, of all them, should have the ability to switch between light, medium and heavy. How did y’all fail so badly?! It’s in your freaking name
