Can’t feel haptics. Haptics play on watch and phone at the same time - but out of sync with each other. Haptics on watch play at irregular intervals - not a steady beat. Can’t adjust tempo. Basically this app doesn’t implement a single feature of a metronome whatsoever.
A decent enough app but, for me, the recording function is not necessary but why on Earth does the watch app (series 7) not have the same controls as the phone? There’s a serious need to be able to adjust tempo up or down by a few beats and it seems the watch only supports the “tap” function.
My test only lasted 30 seconds. Although it installed easily on the Apple Watch it just didn’t work. The metronome is permanently set at 60 and will not change up or down. That really makes it a tad dysfunctional, and not a terrific purchase. Don’t bother.
Simple UI issues abound- no way of getting back to the main screen on watch from the menus- just gets stuck. Wasted my £5 :(
I will definitely purchase after my 7 days are up. You can record and listen back directly on your watch! Worth it just for that :)
This works really nicely and personally I prefer a vibration metronome to a sound one as I find I can drown out a sound one easily just by playing my instrument. This is pretty cool then but I’d like to see time signatures come to this as an option instead of just a steady beat.
I read the reviews. Thought what the hell, I can give it a go. Should have listened to the reviews and saved myself 5 minutes I’ll never get back.
Doesn’t stay connected on Series 5 Apple Watch, also what a con, free app... as soon as you want to change tempo you have to pay.... another serious problem... I started the 60bpm off then the app wouldn’t close and it wouldn’t stop the metronome!
No options to change tempo. Tap tempo does not respond at all. Seems like a really handy app however. Just need to be able to change the tempo other wise it’s pointless unless you want all your music at 60BPM
