Failed to login

i got stuck in login when i want to play this game again, this game said my connection wasn’t good, i tried my wifi and cellular data on another game and it worked, but somehow it doesn’t work in this game. i need to uninstall and install again the game so i can remove the bug, can u fix this? my friend played this game too, she told me this game was amazing until she failed to login too and got her account lost

Tiba tiba gabisa log in ke game padahal udh level 62, susah payah ke level itu trus coba di delete app nya masuk lg bisa tapi baru satu hari gabisa log in lagi dan delete trus instal lg kan capek ya please di benerin dong aplikasi nya 🥺🥺🥺🥺

Get back my account ID

Please fixed, i lost my account and they said login was failed. I run out my vitality and suddenly the page was loading and get stuck. And then i uninstall the apps and when i start to link with my icloud and gmail it couldn’t login/error ID. Pleaseee fixed and get back my account ID.
