I drive all the way to Canada from St. Louis Missouri in the USA to get the poutine. It’s a 12 hour drive and I am happy to do it for this luxurious, scrumptious meal. Best poutine i’ve eaten in my entire life!

App doesn’t freaking work. Staff refuses to honor app prices. Dev team truly pieces of trash

I like the app, however I live in the states and visit Montreal regularly for work, I am unable to order from the app because it only accepts Canadian addresses so I can’t put in my US zip code for billing purposes.

My daughter loves creating her ow meal, she finds it super fun, and loves to try new things every time! It’s super easy to navigate, and every thing runs smoothly, only thing missing is where is the spot for SCENE POINTS?! when you’re pre-paying online? Other then that, it’s great.

second time this has happened to me I place an order through the app it says the restaurant is open I pay my hard earned money and wait till the delivery is done and it never comes try calling the restaurant and it’s closed next thing they say is to take it up to doordash…… beware of your location and time when ordering this is absolutely ridiculous over 60$ down the drain and no way to get recovered no idea where the money went doordash never reached out.

Unable to open the app for two days. Worked previously??? Removed it but in the Store it shows open. Anyone experience this issue?

The app used to work but when I want to add delivery address/credit card I get “oops, something went wrong” I tried deleting and reinstalling and now I get the error all the time, app won’t load

In general the app largely does what it’s supposed to: allows you to order food while looking at available coupons. My primary point of grief with the app is that it does not support AMEX payments, even though the store does. With a Scene AMEX these are points I’m missing out on every time I order. Another minor note, not sure if it’s common among others, the ETA is always off. When placing an order for pickup or delivery, say the order is placed at 12:30, it will give an estimated arrival window of 12:30-12:45. Not entirely accurate lol
