Worst tip app

They charge you a fee for transferring your money to your bank. They also give you a limit for how much you can withdraw. You also don’t get taxes taken out so your taxes at the end of the year are going to cost you. This app is trashed and it’s only purpose is to steal money from industry people.

Too many fees!

Not only fact fees 0.75 per hundred.. on top deductions to payroll and taxes..

Alternative transfer fees?

Overall, this app does what it is designed to, though parts of the UI were not intuitive in the way that one might hope. My least favorite part is paying a .75% transfer fee if you want to get the money you worked for moved to a separate bank account. 75 cents on every $100 doesn’t sound bad, but when you do the math it’s easily more than $200 a year in “fees” that are being paid. (Someone transferrring $600 a week would come out to $218 a year, last I checked). Would prefer an option to only withdraw once a week or every other week for a reduced fee. Less transactions for you all to process, so it should be cheaper. I understand the employer could pay a premium to remove this feature, so this could be changed, this is only a means for the hausmoney company to profit. I understand they need to make money too, but it is incredibly frustrating as an restaurant worker to go from leaving at night with cash, to having most of my money become digital, and I have to pay an extra fee to access my money (that I worked for) if I don’t want to use their debit card. I was initially on the fence about them withholding 25% of tips for tax purposes, but this has been mostly a non-issue for me. My above gripe is certainly my biggest issue with the current system. Would be thrilled to have more transfer options to reduce fees.

I think it’s a great application

I’ve been using this for a while now. It’s not perfect, but definitely better than the alternative. I’ve definitely seen them make improvements, so they are listening. Isn’t that what you really want from any company? I especially like the physical and virtual cards, I don’t have to worry about losing the card and not being able to spend.

Horrible customer service

I haven’t been able to access my money for over a week now, support reached out to me instantly at first and solved one problem, but I still couldn’t access my money so I reached back out and I am not getting any replies!! It’s been DAYS, I’ve put in a help request, sent emails, I’ve called and no answer. I’ve been going on a wild goose chase trying to get a hold of these people. I just want my money.

This is the worst app ever. Customer support takes days to contact you back, even if you dont remember your username or password there’s not an option to change it immediately. They also take 25% of your tips for taxes and they don’t make it optional. Transfering your money to your bank will take 2 business days after they charge you a fee. They have a lot of improvement to do
