Designers are fine but DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HAVENLY. find alternatives from other sites. Worse customer service on the planet two of the items were delivered to New Jersey instead of Arizona. And my money still has not been returned over a month later. Two items that did not match and were poor quality. You have to jump through hoops to return. You have to pay for return yourself! And the shipping cost could be higher than the cost of the item. And if they receive it and decide to return your money, there is a 15% restocking fee so essentially your negative from the get-go. horrible app horrible customer service. do not waste your money on buying product from here buy it from the original sites or Amazon where you can return anywhere without jumping through hoops having to take pictures to FedEx, UPS etc. yourself carrying big heavy boxes etc

I paid for an in person design package and there’s radio silence. I can’t get my designer or Havenly customer service to respond to me. This is a pretty horrible experience after paying hundreds of dollars.
Be careful. The designers are hit and miss. You will get some ideas to work with though. Once you get your items, do not buy from them. They are middlemen and terrible at it. I bought two items from them. They missed the delivery window. One item took 10 back and forth emails and when it arrived, it was damaged. I’ve spent so much time on this that it isn’t worth it. Let’s see how they resolve this issue.
Haven’t really used the app because they make you fill out a bunch of information before being able to use it like your ADDRESS?! Like, be more obvious that you want to sell my information. Passss

I do not have time and energy to meet with designers in person and go around to stores searching for the “right” piece. But I wanted some guidance to have a more polished look in my home, find a style that worked for me and for my family, and met our needs for comfort. We wanted every space to be useful and usable. Jonica was patient and really sought to understand our needs and desires. We love our new room!
Buying through Havenly is an entirely new experience where you design the room with professional interior designer, receive a virtual 3d rendering of your room even before buying the furniture and purchase online. Keep in mind Havenly is a startup like company and several areas are not as mature as purchasing from Amazon, so if you are patient and willing to give grace to their honest mistakes and work with them, they will work with you. 😊
I love this concept, the designers are great and It’s exactly what I was looking for but the website simply doesn’t work, every single time I go on the website I can’t see my project I have to send an email to get the direct link and sometimes works and other doesn’t. Because I loved to work with the designer I found I purchased 3 more rooms, received the confirmation for all 3 but I can only see 2 on my page and when I go to select the designer for my project that I’ve already purchased is asking me to purchase a project again!!! I’m so frustrated with this situation, definitely not using the platform to purchase furniture, if I can’t find my projects on my page at anytime I don’t want to imagine dealing with thousands of dollars worth of furniture.
