It doesn’t work
Poor live stream
Last few to jump at lumihlen and it won’t work ! Frustration
Unusable
I can’t say anything good about this app, on several occasions I have had messages come up saying I’m not a subscriber despite the fact I’m being billed as such, when I email to complain they just tell me I am a member.. but no resolution. When I am able to access it, it’s near impossible to navigate and searches don’t even show what I’m looking for. Original content is also naff and dated with poor production quality

I have given 3 stars reasons being is the clunky and impractical layout of the smart phone app. It’s near impossible to find what you want to watch from the menu layout!! H&C can you please resolve this issue
Hopeless
The app and tv streaming delivers an error message if ever I try to watch something. Inspite of this i am unable to cancel a subscription ... to a channel i cannot access! The customer service is dreadful

Not working at all. Tried to log in to watch London international horse show and wouldn’t let me after I paid
Can’t access via app
Been unable to access live events for London international horse show via phone app or smart tv - no resolution from support centre coming up with something went wrong message or code 422 - 😞
Bad first experience
Tried to watch a live event, worked fine initially and then 'cannot stream' error appeared. And could not get the app to work even with numerous restarts etc. I'll attempt a refund but it's an example of a very poor app. I do not recommend.
