If you just get a black screen, it means your cam and phone aren’t connected. You have to go into your actual iPhone settings and join the cams unique wifi network .. with pw 12345678. I was trying to join in the app settings and getting g frustrated .. then realized it actually wanted me to join the wifi network of the cam. Never seen a device connect like this so it’s easy to misunderstand how it works. I have a feeling this is why some reviewers aren’t able to connect. Cheers!

Endoscope. Works great. Had a black screen, now a great pic and solid camera. An email to the listed contact about the black image was immediate and they advised that one must accept the iOS allow to connect to network devices. An reinstall of the app worked.

Please assist as the app was great now my Nidage scope just shows a black screen on the app. I believe it’s due to the iOS update

I don’t know if it’s the latest iOS 13 update that killed it, but I loved the simplicity of the camera and app... then nothing. Trying to get another camera to verify, but I suspect the app needs updating

Using the app to connect to a KZYEE 1080P endoscope camera. Changing the resolution of the image using the app does nothing. Though the app reports that the change was done, the camera remains stuck in low res mode. When using the app on an iPhone 8, cannot select 1080 resolution as that option is below the screen and you cannot scroll down far enough to select it.

Camera app, won’t launch a Nidage WiFi connection. I have iOS 16 or 17 now, and this camera cannot connect. Is the camera now obsolete because of my fiber optic network? Wanted to use it to look inside the ceiling at home and cannot connect. It’s absolutely useless at this point.

Worked fine the first use. Few months later couldn’t get the app to reconnect. Spent couple hours removing and reloading app and other troubleshooting. Do not buy.

When using my iPhone the screen will not display camera image with hd WiFi. It works on my computer when plugged in directly.

This is an app for a budget endoscope. Works fine for what it is.

This product worked ok a few years ago. But now the app will not work at all for me.
