HuntSmart: Trail Cam App

This camera for cost, image size, and Cellular service is top-notch. I tested many cell cameras, and this one outperformed spypoint, and reveal cams. Very impressed with, the easy-to-use interface and software even my 73-year-old dad who isn't tech-savvy could easily use it. Battery life, even given cold temps and large numbers of photos is surprising even with all functions on the best photo settings. Trigger speed Images being sent is extremely good. Con, is the antenna location, it should be mounted on the back of the camera Not the door. 0ut of a score of 10 I'd give it 9/10

This camera won’t stop taking photos of nothing. it’s on low visibility I didn’t have it out for 12 hours and it took 200 photos. There’s no brush or grass movement and it won’t stop sending my phone notifications and half the time there isn’t even photos there.

Constantly glitching almost impossible to load pictures even with good reception

Below average cameras but the app to go with…. Wow this thing is a case study in incompetence. Pressing download on photos duplicates them, but does not download them. Central feature of the app just doesn’t work. Besides that the app is slow, clunky, unintuitive, seems to have a bunch of “features” that aren’t available. Like the camera and subscription plans have all these great sounding features on them, but once you get in the app none of those features are there. Do yourself a favour, return the cameras and buy something from a reputable company.

Won’t let me in the app with out logging me out instantly

Bought these cameras to replace SPYPOINT and have so far been pleased. Only about a month in so far. So, time will tell, but, so-far-so-good. In winter setting right now and batteries are still holding power so hopefully will have been a good choice. I’m pleased with the range of motion detection and picture clarity.

Missed a big guy and wanted to see if he was still around, bought a set of wireless cams as to not have to disturb the area & sure enough the deer changed times. I didn’t get the big whitetail I was after… but I did get his father, 250lbs, 9 point. I enjoy these cams so much , I’ve just left them in place and watch all the critters passing by. Totally recommend !

This is my first cellular camera and the pictures are of good quality. The issue I have is that every five to six days it stops transmitting photos. I always have good to excellent reception with the camera as well. I find I need to go into the field and switch it off and on whenever photos stop uploading and eventually it starts working again. Sometimes I even need to delete the app and camera then reboot it all over again. Like I said, great when working properly, bothersome more so this season.

Brutal cameras, not working correctly

Won’t connect to cam on any device, server error every time. Tried deleting and reinstalling app, now no confirmation email to proceed any further. Even had a tech try without any success. Big disappointment is best review I could give.
