GameCube and PS2 looks gorgeous on here. Just wish the white homebar would disappear when playing.

black bars and screen tearing

overall nice and stable signal with a little issue on the framerate… what bothers me are the black bars up and down… nvidia settings do not change anything and im positive its not the capture card fault (guermok model: z29A which is the actually recommended one by the developers…) the screen does tear on videos, probably because it outputs a 30hz signal even when the settings say 60 hz, please fix it. i even upgraded in the hopes that i get more settings to tinker with, but it was just brightness and cool filters…

Nice App

I am using this app for HDMI signal preview from my Atem Mini Pro. Works fine, no need to buy another monitor for that. Great great. I made the purchase, because I think this app will/can fill some gaps. A video recording feature would be handy.

Very helpful

This app is very helpful for applications when you don't want to or can't use a monitor. Note to developers: The app needs too much power/energy

Doesn’t work!

I tried to connect my switch to my ipad via an USBC capture card and HDMI cable… it just doesn’t work. Works with different apps but Orion lets me down on this one

Habe das iPad mit meiner Switch verbunden. Es hängt sich stark auf. Die App MoniCon ist viel besser!

Best free tool ever!

Now it’s the only software (besides FaceTime) using the iPadOS 17 feature to connect external webcams. This is really great.

I miss…

…Fullscreen-Support. Only in 16:9 on an iPad with 4:3-Screen.

Endlich - XBOX und Switch auf dem iPad zocken…

Dank iPadOS 17 und Orion kann ich mein iPad endlich als portable Monitor für meine XBOX Series S und meine Switch nutzen. Orion macht einem die Nutzung wirklich einfach. Alles was man zusätzlich an Hardware braucht ist eine USB-C HDMI Capture Card. Die bekommt man für ca 20€.
