It does not work
Spent hours and money on “proper” usb-c and HDMI cables/ converters.
Initially, this was a decent app, but after not using it for a while, I have come back to a much different app. Before, there was nothing you had to pay for, no subscriptions, no notifications saying “50% off for a lifetime license!” the second I close the app. Nothing like that. Now I can’t even use the app with something plugged in without being prompted to buy a lifetime license or to subscribe for a weekly payment to use the app. I'm going to try to find a different free app with similar features *without* being bombarded with ads.
The screen shots are misleading! Doesn’t show the black bars! Plus a $7.00 weekly subscription?
Giving five stars for functionality but I do feel that this app is VERY overpriced. After a few months I could purchase a cheap, dedicated HDMI monitor. If someone would design and sell an HDMI capture dongle with a power port bundled with a free download of this app, I would happily pay for it.
I’ve played OG Fortnite on my iPad connected to my Xbox! Customer service is also very good, I had an issue with the adaptor and they recognized the problem
Works flawlessly. Even the most basic version is super useful. Thank you!
hi Fiodar, I had tried to link with pc and phone through usbc hub(with hdmi port) and hdmi2hdmi cable with m1 iPad Pro , but it doesn’t work . could you give me instructions that which type of cable should I choose. Thx for you production, five stars definitely!
Here’s my setup: iPad Pro 2nd gen 11 inch, Guermok Audio/Video Capture Card USB3.0 HDMI to USB C, Xbox series X and this app. The app works flawlessly for me and streams and performs on the iPad just like when my Xbox is wired into my Samsung Frame TV! Even under high frame rate and detail, cyberpunk looks and responds like cyberpunk when console is wired to tv. Anyone giving a 1 star simply isn’t using the correct hardware, not updated to ipadOS 17 and/or not following the basic instructions of plug and play correctly. To devs- Thanks for producing a simple but easy to use and highly functional app.
