“Through a different provider, I had a trip cancelled last minute the day before and was able to book on to this tour late in the evening the day before. Tickets and confirmation of collection point were clear and the tickets are very easily available on the app. We were picked up at the pick up location on time, and our guide met us and explained what the experience would entail and the time scales. I think our guides make was Raphael, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a very detailed explanation of Krakows history as we were driving through Krakow towards Auschwitz. Rip Off

Visited the Vatican. Paid twice more for fast track. In the end, we waited 15 min more at the meeting point and then, the « guide » (not a guide, just buying the tickets for you) queued to buy our tickets. If you want to compare, we took more time to get inside (around 20 min more in total) for twice the price. A real tourist trap!

Worst experience in booking an event ticket

I haven’t received the ticket for tonight show and my credit card has been charged!! Tried to call the contact center for like more than 10 times and no one answered!!! Worst experience in booking a ticket!! Please don’t use Headout to book your ticket
