I cant login to the apps for ticket barcode after trying so many times and days.. TOTAL SCAM .. please block this apps

I bought 2 ticket for hongkong observation wheel for 40hkd and didnt get the qr code so i cant enter the gate. Scammer

Never trust headout. Never got my ticket, such a scam

Visited the Vatican. Paid twice more for fast track. In the end, we waited 15 min more at the meeting point and then, the « guide » (not a guide, just buying the tickets for you) queued to buy our tickets. If you want to compare, we took more time to get inside (around 20 min more in total) for twice the price. A real tourist trap!

I haven’t received the ticket for tonight show and my credit card has been charged!! Tried to call the contact center for like more than 10 times and no one answered!!! Worst experience in booking a ticket!! Please don’t use Headout to book your ticket

I used this service to book a day at the San Diego zoo. I had made a mistake and booked the safari park. Totally my fault. I have no problem paying for processing fee or something along those lines. Because it was the same day I was unable to cancel or exchange. I literally called an hour after it was booked and the rep said there was nothing they can do. I understand it was my mistake, but it would be nice if there were more options than just “that’s our policy”.

Don’t buy from them. They work with third party to buy tickets and a lot of times those are scammers and Headout won’t give you the money back. We spend money traveling to Singapore, and paid for 4 attractions through Headout ( over $500) all scams and Headout did t do anything about it. The worse!

In the US, the weeks start on a Sunday. In the Headouts mobile app, the week starts on a Monday. So, I selected the wrong date! They refused to give me my money back, adding insult to injury because all we wanted to do was go to the zoo and literally could not go because we could not afford to buy a second set of tickets. The calendar is literally wrong. Customer service was useless.

They have an awesome customer service! It was easy to buy, great tours. I will definitely buy with them again and again !

I downloaded this app to make my travel in Europe easier when buying tickets for events and it did the complete opposite. I bought tickets but they never showed up on my app afterwards. I had to contact customer service and they had no idea what went wrong. They promised to email me back within 48 hours and nothing. I actually had to REBUY the tickets in person. Then I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges the app did. I had to do all this while on vacation. If you like wasting your time download this app please.
