Great app

Medicine cabinet is a huge help and so are the notifications

It’s been an hour now and I am unable to access my account. Every-time I try to log in, it says verification attempted reached and to try again later. The only reason the verification attempts are reached is because the app logs me out if I exit it out for even two seconds. It then makes me log back in with username and password then insert my pin. The logical thing would be to be able to log back in using your pin rather than doing the entire process over. It’s been an hour now and I am still getting the same error message and unable to log in. I have lab results that posted that I cannot access. Very frustrating app. Technical support is nonexistent.

Messages are not viewable after sending so there is no indication it was sent

Won’t allow me to ever check in for my appointments. The app does not work. It just keeps spinning spinning or when it tells me to check in for my appointment the button does not work.

I understand why the mobile apps exist, for confidence on your phone however, some of use our tablets just as much or if not more when we able. This may because we have trouble seeing\typing on phone, use the device as computer, whatever. This is 2025, get with the program.

More than facilitating communication makes it difficult. Very hard to get to whatever you need and no helpful chat function. A disaster.

There are no progress notes or information about the visit, no test results nothing why have this app??

My doctors are awesome I always feel safe and knowledgeable about my health and eager to see and learn about my health as well
