Simply doesn’t work for me….
Doesn’t work for me - and no reply from help email even though app claims fast response to issues!
Disappointing customer support
2/3 imports worked after the xmls were split. When I contacted customer support for assistance with the third import I received no response. When I contacted the developer directly I was told “sorry I can’t help, I’ve got a day job”. Suggest you don’t spend your money on this.
Limited use
Waste of time, file size was too big to run through the app and the advice was to split using a Mac program however if you don’t own a Mac to email support. No one in support, if it exists, responds therefore it was a wasted purchase and file left not imported.
Great ROI!
I came across an old article about this app and saw reviews here weren’t all exactly new but decided to give it a go when changing iPhone6 to 12 with all new install. I needed to chunk the export down using their free macOS splitter but after that it was super simple to use and brought over everything it needed to. Happy customer in 2020!
Need a Mac
You need a MAC for large imports. I found this out after I purchased. I don’t have a mac.
Very helpful App
I stupidly didn’t back up my Apple Watch history when changing phones and watch, I thought I had lost a years worth of history, awards etc. But then I found this app, it let me to get it all back, including badges etc. Takes a couple of days for Apple process it all but it’s all there now. Thank you!
Doesn’t work - waste of money
Simply does not work. On choosing an import source (Apple watch) and selecting ‘import’ the app gets about 1/10 the way through and just crashes out to the home screen. Save yourself some money and avoid.
