Health Gateway

The lack of integration with Apple Health is a missed opportunity. It would be a game changing feature to be able to navigate the records from Apple’s Health app, which can integrate with other data sources and is also easy to use.

Does not link to my health portal. No useful info on here.

Was excited to finally have access to my records. After jumping through so many hoops through BC services app to get authenticated I am still not able to do basic things that should have existed decades ago.

The linking to sign in using BC Service Card app does not work and there are no alternative methods of signing in. Terrible user experience, hire some competent designers. Stop creating apps for the sake of creating apps if all they cause is more stress and trouble. Worthless.

Lab results are reported as in or out of range only. Cannot see the numbers unless you download the PDF. The PDF frequently does not generate properly and a 0kb file downloads. No ability to see a trend of your results

Just downloaded the app. Can’t login. Won’t use bc services app I have already used many times successfully. Opens Safari but alas … can’t find link. App help on App Store page… support: can’t find link (url failed). Don’t the dev and QA teams test for this?

This is a typical Government software/app, impossible for people who are not totally IT capable especially retired people to access and navigate. When you do get in you cannot look at your own lab results so only the log of services provided. Get some people who know what they are doing to design a decent mobile app

The only thing this displays is the date of service. I already knew that. So this is a diary? I have all this information on my calendar. I sincerely hope none of my tax money goes to these frauds.
