I am stuck on the terms and services page, and I can’t even read the terms and services. Clicked on agree but still won’t progress forward. Very broken and can’t even use it. This would be disastrous in an emergency situation.

App just refuses me to allow access too health records.

I was hoping to be able to see imaging reports, but no such luck. Just gives very limited and pretty useless information.

This app is so frustrating. I am trying to arrange a covid vaccination and I just go around in circles. I agree with the “typical gov’t app” review. Useless

Only Government can create an app so expensive, complex and completely useless. You are taken through a never ending loop of the same information that never allows you access to anything. Our tax dollars wasted again.

The lack of integration with Apple Health is a missed opportunity. It would be a game changing feature to be able to navigate the records from Apple’s Health app, which can integrate with other data sources and is also easy to use.

Does not link to my health portal. No useful info on here.

Was excited to finally have access to my records. After jumping through so many hoops through BC services app to get authenticated I am still not able to do basic things that should have existed decades ago.

The linking to sign in using BC Service Card app does not work and there are no alternative methods of signing in. Terrible user experience, hire some competent designers. Stop creating apps for the sake of creating apps if all they cause is more stress and trouble. Worthless.
