The eScript to Healthengine “storage” system is the bane of my existence! I am chronically ill and AuDHD, trying to stay on top of multiple medications and desperately require a system that allows me to present and collect my meds as needed. This app has been consistently glitching and not storing repeats of important medications, leading to me missing doses and it very negatively impacting my mental and physical health! I have had to ask my regular chemist to keep a physical copy of my prescriptions and repeats so I’m not missing doses in the future. Please look into why scripts are glitching and not being retained, this is dangerous!!

So value this App. Have been very ill and it's wonderful that I can make or change an appointment any time I need to. Thanks. Sundale Medical is a wonderful place. The staff are caring and competent and compassionate. 10/10 and thank you. Great App, great practice. One tall doctor and one curled hair admin (front desk) staff person can be snappy and condescending. All the rest are excellent. Thank you. I agree with above, but the snappy staff seem to be improving a lot. Honestly everyone there is incredibly competent and pleasant. I take my family there and am happy to recommend the practice to anyone.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I have been very ill and have received the best of care. Thank you everyone. Very warm regards. Maura De Bhal.

The app for the most part works, however my doctor isn’t on it, what I did find really was that even though I had escripts set as no, every time I opened an escript from my text messages the app opens and asks if you want it to manage my escripts or continue to the browser. I can’t find a way to stop this and why does this app have access to my messages to begin with, it’s none of this business. Checked with health engine, they said it was implemented in September and there is no way to stop this behaviour, they said it was up to apple or google to restrict it which is rubbish because it didn’t do it until the app was updated recently. Have deleted the app
