This has been one of the most reliable apps I’ve owned. There was a recent update that split indoor and odor running into two categories. If is possible to combine them or add them together, but it is a bit confusing. I messaged the developer and received very prompt instructions for how to switch back and forth, so I was very pleased with my experience.
After googling many times on how to export GPS tracks from the Apple Fitness app I finally stumbled across this app. Not only does it allow you to export tracks but the in app data summaries are so complete you don’t have too! It’s what you expected the Apple app to be.
This has been one of the most reliable apps I’ve owned, but the somewhat recent decision to split indoor and outdoor running reduces its utility for me immensely! Now I have to try to add my math up over the weeks, months, and years to get the totals. Please revert or allow some type of setting to lump them together or not!

It has lots of information so it seems like a good deal. However, I wish the app explained what all the statistics mean. Sometimes they will link out to a Wikipedia article about the topic, but it’s impossible to know if my stats are “good” or not in context. They really need some in-app tool tips. For example, my “training load ratio” is “high” which is presumably bad? But they don’t tell me what it means or how I can lower it. Edit: YIKES!! I was reading other reviews and noticed how rude the developers are when responding to bad reviews. Doesn’t look very professional, you might want to stop that. Another edit! I gave Stephane Lizeray a chance to change his attitude towards customers, but he just continued being rude and obtuse (yikes!). Changing my rating to 1 star. I don’t suffer fools gladly, Stephane :)
i’ve been using HealthFit for years, and it has consistently been made better and better. as a result i only recently realized just how much i love and depend on it. the fact that its all based on HealthKit data means i don’t need to share my data with a third party AND that i’m not forced to stick with it. it has almost all the insights i need for a full fledged workout analytics app. the only two things i’d love the app to have: - i’d love if the graphs/visualizations had an option to look more like a bar graph using interval estimates. for example, if i had two intervals with avg 140bpm and then 150bpm heart rate, then rather than a graph with very bumpy lines, show two rectangles. strava has this with their premium subscription and i really appreciate it because the detailed graphs hide what i actually target - it’s a tiny bit slow. this is okay for most usages, but i want to be able to log my gear asap after my workout, and it takes a little too long to load all the workout data before i can log gear.
Used just the Health app for the longest time but HealthFit is a beautiful app and provides a wealth of more detailed information for the serious athlete to be informed and improve. Great work!
Please allow connection to garmin apps
I’m really enjoying the app’s ability to summarize things like walking and cycling routes as well as time series to get a sense of how far you’ve cycled or walked each year. The app is clean and modern and there’s a wealth of data presented that isn’t available in other apps I’ve seen. Plus the subscription isn’t required which is nice for those of us who just like to buy an app and not have recurring costs.
