Updated review It’s not fair I point out only shortcomings as below. Now after 3-4 months of using app as Pro User, I realise they have lots to offer to help improve our overall health and wellbeing. Thanks to some great fitness coaches like Ashish Kumar and Sajid. The app has miles to cover to fulfill it’s potential by tweaks on AI Ria on diet & fitness side of things. For example on diet, I would have taken a grilled chicken breast with cucumber and carrot slices. AI Ria will give 9 out of 10 for grilled chicken and 7 for carrot/cucumber mentioning it’s good source of fibre but lacking protein. I wish it takes both into account and give feedback - holistic view is missing. I understand it’s work in progress. Now on fitness side example, I wish to see ability for user to track how much weights we are doing and how much reps so we can monitor our progress. Since that options ain’t there, one has to log in their Notepad and it becomes manual. Also, how I wish there is workout tutorial video library as it will be helpful for beginners. Plus the ability to add workouts as at times gym will be busy and one may not be able to do the exercise mentioned in workout plan. We might do some other exercise as those bays may be free in the gym, however, we don’t have the ability to log it and track it. Above being said, if you get good coach then it’s a different trajectory in spite of app’s shortcomings as the human element covers it all. Great coaches guide, motivate, and help you achieve one’s fat loss goal and gain muscle in the process. Hats off to those coaches who are detail oriented and genuinely driven to make a positive impact. Healthifyme is a definitely a good partner to either start or continue your Health & Fitness journey provided we get great coches! Old review: I went for pro version after due payments expecting a good partner in Healthifyme but that’s not the experience. It’s a one way communication with one of my coaches. I feel like I’m not listened to at all. A call is scheduled by coach but I get a call 13 to 15 minutes later after I kept following it up in Coach Group Chat that’s build within the app and the WhatsApp number provided my coach. Then coach calls me and reads a script right away without even offering apologies for delayed call or reason why call is delayed. Wonder if only coaches time is premium and not customer’s time??? I reach out to customer service to change coach and the customer service person who chatted in the app
