Beware of this app. I was told before joining I can get refund within 30 days of my plan. Now when i am asking for my money back, they are wasting days in this. I was considering the earlier I would buy it in future again, But now i will not refer to anyone anymore. Also, If you said earlier before selling your plan then why you cannot issue afterwards. Beware of the Scam!!

I was ready to take a premium. Application has sent me multiple messages inviting to a meeting with the nutritionist and no one joined me online. Utter useless and unreliable application! And if this is happening to someone who’s taking the premium, it’s pathetic. No one at least reached out to me from the application asking for confirmation or free consultation. Just one bot was assigned to waste time. Only good thing is you can add your food intake and calculate calories and set reminders. I’d have given it a 5star if I’d have got connected to a nutritionist as scheduled by them. At least not even a single message or email from the application team. Cannot trust this app Tbh.
I’m unable to use the app as it says Error - Please try after some time. Hope they fix it asap as I have pending logs and updates to be made to my plan.
It’s too pricey for Canadians. Sorry not sorry.
Why there are many food who are not showing calories and measuring scale and it’s zero zero it was great before the update I was able to see the calories and measuring scale for the same foods. If this get fixed it would be great
