Gives looped feedbacks, super laggy, user unfriendly to all hell. I can’t believe they paid someone to design this and haven’t gotten their money back.

Description
Healthy 365 is a mobile application by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) Singapore which aims to encourage users to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Through the use of gamification and rewards, users are encouraged to sign up for in-app challenges and health programmes to earn Healthpoints. The app seamlessly pairs with fitness tracking devices to help users log their daily steps count and amount of time spent on active exercises. Users can also scan QR codes via the app to earn Healthpoints when they purchase healthier meals, drinks and groceries from participating partners.

Garbage
No option to logout, and no option to delete an account. BASIC things that should be in an app that requires an account to use. Phone and email support were useless and no one knew what they were talking about.
The only app in my iphone SE that crash
The only app in my iphone SE that keep crashing from time to time.
Not fair for those who prefer swimming than walking
I find that this is not to those who prefer swimming than walking or running
App Crashing No Support
App keep on crashing after last update. Unable to use in the past 3 weeks. Click app support went to an idle page. Thought it should be more reliable that it's under HPB.
App keep crashing even after reinstall
App keep crashing on iPhone 15 pro max. Even I delete and reinstall again also has same problem. Pls fix this issue
No health points
It accepts my work outs via my Garmin but refuses to allocate health points. I’ve notified and zero responses. Tried the support page when downloading the app but not surprised that the page doesn’t exist. Has to be the worst app ever. And I was so hoping to enjoy the benefits of using it. Much disappointment.
Unable to sync with Apple health after update.
App force close everytime it try to sync data. Useless
Keep crashing
App keeps crashing when trying to sync. Been happening for past few days. Cannot sync steps and sleep data at all. I keep opening the app then it just crashes.
Worse app
