Hi i am from pakistan and i want to connect my axtro fit with the app but the problem is that I can’t sign up when ever i try they told me that my number is incorrect I don’t understand why i am also confused that what is NRIC ?? The problem is same with NRIC when ever i entered any number they show me that my NRIC is not correct?? Can you tell me please what i do??

Please help to connect with iPhone further provide nic and mobile num to complete the log in process

App keep on crashing after last update. Unable to use in the past 3 weeks. Click app support went to an idle page. Thought it should be more reliable that it's under HPB.

App keep crashing on iPhone 15 pro max. Even I delete and reinstall again also has same problem. Pls fix this issue

It accepts my work outs via my Garmin but refuses to allocate health points. I’ve notified and zero responses. Tried the support page when downloading the app but not surprised that the page doesn’t exist. Has to be the worst app ever. And I was so hoping to enjoy the benefits of using it. Much disappointment.

App force close everytime it try to sync data. Useless

App keeps crashing when trying to sync. Been happening for past few days. Cannot sync steps and sleep data at all. I keep opening the app then it just crashes.

Worse App. Every time need to update the app.

I have redeemed 1500 points today from my total points, it just subtracted the amount but never show redeemed expiration date, what happened to the points after keying sms PIN number, points already subtracted
