Slow and lacking plenty of features

It’s very slow compared to any sort of native messaging app and it’s missing so many quality of life and productivity features. Inability to search for a specific contact while viewing all conversations is my biggest pet peeve. I don’t want to have to tap the + icon and then use the slow search function to pull up my candidate. Just let me search already in the conversations tab and also bring up the results quicker rather than making me wait staring at a blank screen. Also needs a dark mode.

Overall, decent. Under the hood, hard to track posts-in-flight

I do like this app. However, I don’t see where my scheduled posts are, whether they’ve been approved, and when they release. Users need this insight. If I’m missing it in the app, then okay. Please advise.

Desktop Texting Application MISSING

Hearsay Relate is a corporate compliance machine that is half the user friendly interface as Zipwhip was. Not a viable sustainable interface for our agency, as we have to be on the website in order to operate Hearsay Relate, which is very unfortunate. The receiving party must opt in before a 2nd text can be sent - the texting platform is below the homepage of posting content online - you guys need user feedback to make this operation user friendly, to be frank it is not, unless you’re on your cell, phone which is fine, but that’s not how our business is ran.

This is an absolute gem of an app. I couldn’t believe the number of features this single app houses and its so intuitively designed. Makes our lives so much easier.

Great App

We love this app! My boss and I love that we both have access to the texts with clients and contact list. I especially love being able to text from desktop! Some improvements would be to incorporate group texting and to send/receive images.

Search function

Dev team! Please add a search function similar to how iPhone lets you search through text messages or at least a way to search for contacts from list of text conversations.

Poorly executed app

This app impedes doing business. Hearsay cannot send a group text; this makes messaging couples very difficult as I have to message each separately. The audio quality is inferior, and voice clarity makes the conversation unintelligible. The only redeeming quality of this app is the customer service if you call in with a fixable problem.

Poor design when client already has your personal cell in contacts

Practically impossible to convert client to this # from my old cell. Very poorly designed. Client has to delete my cell from their contacts first and then reply "yes" to this invite - then add the cell back. Told them about this a year ago and still have not fixed. So reasonable when it works and certainly for new contacts but a client should not have to do a ton of work just to communicate with you.

This is app is not as useful as it’s made to seem. Your contacts will not always flow through, your call log will not always have names attributed to the numbers although they’re saved in your contact list and you will not always get texts from contacts if you don’t have a signal when the message is sent. I’ve input numbers multiple times as new inputs, the “software says the info is already in yet when I search, the info is no where to be found. The “tech support” blames it on internet signal but, a good app will be capable of repopulating said information once a signal is attained. Get used to explaining to clients how the app you’re required to use is junk.
