Downloaded & created my profile & I don’t know why but nothing starts. It says to press start & then cover camera but the start button doesn’t work & app won’t operate.
This is a really good app for measuring and logging your heart rate. The only tiny issue is that please tell the user to “put your index finger onto the flash light”
Installed the app. Didn’t take a measurement. Restarted phone-still nothing. Re-installed app. - finger on lens, press start-zero action. ????? Nice colours.
I have put my index finger on the camera len as per your instructions but still it’s not reading anything and a small pop-up saying there’s error but zoomed off very fast and I have no time to read the sentence fully. The whole experience is just that it keeps going round but no reading at all and I can’t even move to the next tab. What a waste of my time.
i started a new medication and have been alarmed by my heart rate since, but could not find a good app as you need to pay. unbelievable! this app is great, does all the functions of the other apps for free and without ads. fantastic.
Great
Free ,No fuss, exactly what I needed. We’ll see if my livelihood goes as smooth 😉 thanks for the app
I have tried this many times. It instructs me to press start and cover the camera lens on my phone. But pressing start does nothing. Even pressing start and covering the camera lens as instructed. Nothing happens.
I understand this won’t be as accurate as the real thing like at a doctors office or at a hospital. But when it’s reading 80 bpm and my heart rate is 115 bpm that’s way off. I understand an online phone app is not going to be accurate at all. But I wasn’t expecting such a huge difference in the numbers.
