Description
This application lets you generate detailed reports about your health data stored in Apple Health. You can export the report as a PDF file, which you can share with your doctor.
You can generate six different reports:
• Heart Rate Report: minimum, maximum, and average heart rate data, heart rate variability(HRV), graphs, and more
• Blood Pressure Report: scatter and simple line graphs of your blood pressure readings combined with the corresponding heart rate, body temperature, and 12-hour nutritional intake values(sodium, caffeine, carbohydrates)
• Blood Sugar Report: all of your blood glucose readings with nutritional intake values, heart rate ranges, and classifications based on your diabetes type
• Activity Report: four charts from your step count, burned calories, BMI, and body weight
• Sleep Report: visualized sleep cycles with heart rate data, asleep, awake, and in-bed times, nutritional values, and more
• Blood Oxygen Report: all of your blood oxygen readings with minimum, maximum and average data, combined with your heart rate info
The generated PDF or CSV file can be uploaded automatically to your iCloud Drive. The reports are available in 7 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Greek, Italian and Hungarian.
Advanced features include:
• If you use Apple Health to log your symptoms, you can display your symptoms on the report alongside with your measurements
• Support for Shortcuts, automating the creation of monthly reports and more
• Data can also be exported to a JSON file for more complex data analysis
• Annotate your report to provide more detailed information about specific records and values
My app also supports all three widget sizes: you can place a heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, step count, burned calories count, body weight, blood oxygen, BMI, water intake or heart rate variability widget on your home screen. You can customize the colors, units, and date ranges as-well.
For this app to work, you need to have health data stored in Apple Health(HealthKit). If you don’t have a device that records these data automatically, you can use my app too to enter your heart rate, blood pressure, and blood glucose data with a simple interface, where you can specify all three values on a single screen. Ideal if you don't have a smart blood pressure or blood sugar monitor.
I respect your privacy, so the report is generated on your phone and the data is not shared or transmitted anywhere. It works completely offline and I don’t have access to any of your health data at all.

Tisztelt Szerző, Kérem tegye alkalmassá alkalmazását ipadon való használatra is az alábbiak okán: HealthKit is available for applications to link against it on iPadOS and macOS Catalyst. However, HKHealthStore.isHealthDataAvailable() will return false on those platforms.
Almost perfect
I really like this app and the way it presents data. Was very useful to send my doctor detailed blood pressure and heart rate graphs. One feature I would like to see is the marking of medications in the graphs - some medications can impact blood pressure and it would be helpful to see exact times a medication was taken and the dosage merged into the data, or even just as a list a separate page.
Great app
Generated a nice report on blood pressure and heart rate. Pdf is excellent, csv is a bit odd with some cells containing multiple values, this makes pairing the readings a bit more difficult. Will be purchasing the upgrade. Great privacy policy too.
Add more graphs
Good program but now needs more fields adding. Breathing etc
Very good, almost perfect.
I've tried multiple heart analysis apps, but this one has become my go-to choice. I've shared numerous reports generated by the app with my doctor, who has been quite impressed by the comprehensive data provided. However, one minor issue is that my doctor needs to manually calculate my average blood pressure. It would be immensely helpful if a future update could incorporate this feature directly into the report.

At last an app that you pay 1 fee and it’s yours. No more subscriptions please! Try for free and you will then pay for this. The reports are detailed and well presented. If you are into fitness or keeping tabs if blood pressure this app is great
The best reports! My Dr loves them
This is such a good way of getting the data out of the Apple health app. You can have it as raw data or as a really helpful report! Buy the app, money well spent. I sync all my data from blood pressure apps, thermometers, Fitbit, weight, sleep and this gives me a great report. LOVE IT

Have to pay again for the app?
I paid full price for this app last month when it was a paid app, but now the app is free and I have to pay again for unlimited reports? I find this absolutely ridiculous and feel like my money, along with others that paid for the app, being robbed. I don’t rate this at all. Absolutely poor EDIT: Developer responded back very quickly regarding this issue and turns out I have unlimited exports! It worked after reinstalling the app! Thank you for the quick response!
