This application lets you generate detailed reports about your health data stored in Apple Health. You can export the report as a PDF file, which you can share with your doctor.
You can generate six different reports:
• Heart Rate Report: minimum, maximum, and average heart rate data, heart rate variability(HRV), graphs, and more
• Blood Pressure Report: scatter and simple line graphs of your blood pressure readings combined with the corresponding heart rate, body temperature, and 12-hour nutritional intake values(sodium, caffeine, carbohydrates)
• Blood Sugar Report: all of your blood glucose readings with nutritional intake values, heart rate ranges, and classifications based on your diabetes type
• Activity Report: four charts from your step count, burned calories, BMI, and body weight
• Sleep Report: visualized sleep cycles with heart rate data, asleep, awake, and in-bed times, nutritional values, and more
• Blood Oxygen Report: all of your blood oxygen readings with minimum, maximum and average data, combined with your heart rate info
The generated PDF or CSV file can be uploaded automatically to your iCloud Drive. The reports are available in 7 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Greek, Italian and Hungarian.
Advanced features include:
• If you use Apple Health to log your symptoms, you can display your symptoms on the report alongside with your measurements
• Support for Shortcuts, automating the creation of monthly reports and more
• Data can also be exported to a JSON file for more complex data analysis
• Annotate your report to provide more detailed information about specific records and values
My app also supports all three widget sizes: you can place a heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, step count, burned calories count, body weight, blood oxygen, BMI, water intake or heart rate variability widget on your home screen. You can customize the colors, units, and date ranges as-well.
For this app to work, you need to have health data stored in Apple Health(HealthKit). If you don’t have a device that records these data automatically, you can use my app too to enter your heart rate, blood pressure, and blood glucose data with a simple interface, where you can specify all three values on a single screen. Ideal if you don't have a smart blood pressure or blood sugar monitor.
I respect your privacy, so the report is generated on your phone and the data is not shared or transmitted anywhere. It works completely offline and I don’t have access to any of your health data at all.
Heart Reports is a FREE app and you can export 1 PDF file without paying a penny. Unlimited exports are available for a one-time in-app purchase.

Easy to use
This app is easy to use. I appreciate the report customization that allows you select how much or how little to include. It also lets you add data manually, which is a huge plus. I love that the pro features of this app are a one time purchase and not a subscription and that it respects your privacy.
Why no lab results export?
Major functionality is missing. Is that impossible to implement? Why not make it clear in the description? Confusing.
Graphs dont always work
I like that there's a free weight graph widget. But I'm looking at today's weigh-in on apple health and an empty box on the graph. If it doesn't immediately update in response to new data, it's broken.
Blank output
The program churned for a while, then a spinning gear to make me believe it was doing something. It allowed the export of a single report without subscribing, and what it produced was a single all white page in PDF format.
Disappointed to say the least.
Great app to summarize health data
Charts and graphs are very readable. One improvement would the option to add a trend or “best-fit” line in graphs.
Disappointed
Purchased app wouldn’t report on blood pressure data manually entered in Apple health app.
The app I have been looking for!
I have been searching for a way to pull my bp data to share with my doctor. Apple does not have a simple solution and I could not get the export to work. Heart Reports is clean and easy to use. The default report is exactly what I need. Now I may need to purchase a Bluetooth bp cuff to make this effortless to take and record.
CVS Export Function Causes App to Crash
I got this app to replace QS Access, which is no longer supported or in the App Store. This app makes and exports a very nice PDF, but is more than I needed. (I keep my health data in a Numbers file.) However, when I click on the link to export a CVS file, the app crashes and closes. I have sent three emails to the developer but no response. I have switched to the HealhExports app, which suits my need perfectly.
Mediocre product - No support
Unfortunately the support is poor at best. As is evident by other recent reviews, this app may no longer have developer support. The developer has failed to respond to support inquiries.
This app doesn’t recognize time spent in sleep stages as “time asleep”. This leads to sleep reporting data exported through this app to being wildly inaccurate and incomplete.
Even given the issues, I purchased the app and find it is the best way currently available to export the vast amounts of health data collected by my phone and Apple watch to share it with a health care provider.
Great app, terrible support
This app produces wonderful visualizations of various heath metrics. It’s almost perfect, except I would like to see improvements to the HRV graphs. Right now, HRV gets buried in the heart rate graphs and is difficult to read.
Apart from the app itself, a concern i have is that the author does reply to support requests.
Bottom line: If you can live without support, it’s a great app.
