Unreliable
Does everything the apple Heath app does and a bit more, although a lot of the data is just confusing. More of concern is that high heart rate notifications pop up many minutes to hours after the actual event, making them useless and potentially ironic. No response from support.

I have found this an excellent App. It helps keep me motivated. After getting Covid I could monitor my heart and increase exercise gradually.
Been using it to track my recovery from illness
What I liked was it would pop up an alert if my heart rate rise sharply from an activity and I could quickly speak a note which was converted on my watch to a text note so I could track what affected my heart rate during recovery. I could also start light walking knowing I’d get an alert if I was straining too much.
Functional but cluttered.
Lots of data, a lot of redundant data, and a lot of guessing what that data is supposed to mean.
Easy, intelligent, motivational
So this app is GREAT! Especially for when you’re just starting out a fitness program and want to stay on track without necessarily having to have the “technical” know how - it will do it all for you. Loved it!
