Lot of information but stress doesn’t seem right
I wanted this app for the stress (hrv) measurements but it looks as if the app thinks that a low hrv is relaxed…. It’s the other way around: “ A low heart rate variability has been confirmed in numerous studies to be a strong, independent predictor of future health problems and as a correlate of all-cause mortality. A low heart rate variable demonstrates the lack of resiliency of your body to cope with “fight-flight” or danger, stress and anxiety.” So this app is giving wrong info on stress! Please fix, than it’s a nice app.

Ik snap niet waar de getallen voor psychologische stress voor staan, zie dit ook nergens terug. Kan iemand dit uitleggen?

I was very happy about the app. Yesterday came with a new update. I’ve updated the app and the app is locking me out. It doesn’t open anymore on my phone. And On the watch it’s said know please buy the pro version. I’ve already bought the pro version. It’s bug in the app, please update this app.
