Hearty : Heart Rate,Stress, BP

Tried to measure HR & it just continues to ‘spin’ & never shows any measurement.

Overall this is pretty comprehensive with nice looking graphics. However, one is forced to use imperial units which in Europe is not the standard units used. The app links in with the WaterNow app which is also a pretty good app and has no subscription payment.. but uses a widget which also has couple of bugs of its own - e.g a horrible thick black boarder wasting valuable screen space. There’s no (English) feedback screen so good luck getting hold of the developer! There doesn’t seem to be any support links to the developer. Despite the above review which has been on the App Store for awhile now and considering the constant updates to the app, they are still not addressing some of the important issues. Therefore my relatively low score.

Hi, this app was working really well, however, after the update today when you click on the symbol to take heart rate The app now crashes out.

I got this app and paid for the oxygen measurement- it doesn’t work anymore. So a waste of time

Been using a few months now and am happy that the app shows me helpful health information. However, like other users since the last couple of updates, find it frustrating that all sleep data shows as Bad. Must leave a question mark over the reliability of everything else. I’d say avoid until it’s fixed.

Used to appear to work fine it seemed. Now shows all sleep scores as ‘bad’; and if that element is wrong, how much more is wrong? Not sure it’s worth using any longer: fix it please or send a refund!

Working well since update 3 days ago all sleep ratings now indicated as bad. Please amend software.

Needs approval to access the heart rate data from the Apple Watch every time… it’s annoying… does not monitor unless opened manually and approved access every time…

This app has been very good and helpful but with the recent iOS update, it is not reading blood oxygen results. It keeps asking me to grant permission and I give it but as soon as I come off the app it reverts back to not reading it and asking again. I have gone into apple settings as well and it hasn’t helped. I hope this is fixed soon. Very frustrating as blood oxygen is the reading I need to monitor.

After 3 months use I seem to have lost all data… won’t synch with my watch either. Really good before this.
