IN-APP PURCHASE:

HeavySet is a free download but you will need to make an in-app purchase upgrade to get access to unlimited use. As a non-paying user you are limited in the number of times you can perform the routines you input. Routines created by importing, duplicating or other automated methods are also not available. Non-paying users may improvise as many workouts as they like.

Ottima app per il log dei workout ma purtroppo manca il supporto per Apple Watch........peccato. Rimediate al più presto !!!!

Mi trovo veramente bene con questa app. La varietà di esercizi già inserita non è molta, ma a me non interessa perché mi alleno solo con compound lift, e inoltre permette di aggiungere esercizi manualmente. L’app ha tantissimo potenziale (si potrebbe ad esempio aggiungere una sezione dove inserire le proprie misure). La consiglio a chi va in palestra da tempo e conosce i concetti di intensità, volume, RPE, ecc. perché quando si imposta un allenamento, si può specificare qualsiasi parametro, ed inoltre gli esercizi non sono spiegati. Insomma, ottima per chi la palestra la conosce da tempo

Ho provato altre applicazioni per loggare i miei allenamenti di forza, ma nessuna mi ha soddisfatto. HeavySet ha tutto quello che serve, è semplice, è comoda, funziona.
