The app overall is good but you should allow for increments that are lower than 5lbs and add a video for all the exercises not only the main ones.

Ripristinate asap i valori dei carichi, esistono anche dischi da 1 e 2 kg! Sto facendo la presa stretta con 78 kg e posso mettere solo 80. Ma come vi è venuto in mente?

Bellissima app da utilizzare in palestra perchè hai il programma di allenamento sul tuo watch ! Unica pecca la lentezza nell'inserire volta volta il numero di ripetizioni, ma per il resto è perfetta !!

Ottima sicurissimamente per chi si porta l'iPhone in palestra per via della possibilità di flaggare come fatta ogni serie e dei tempi di recupero. Per la sua semplicità di compilazione è consigliata anche per chi come me lo utilizza solo come tracker per la pianificazione dei carichi
