App keeps crashing and poor UI

The app crashes regularly, and always when I tap ‘Alerts’. I get a quick flash of the screen, then a black screen, then the app closes. The UI is also very poor. You can’t get all the info on the app that you get on the we version, and the buttons on the bottom of the main screen are illegible and overlap.

Cant login to the app anymore!

It keeps forcing me to use a magic link to login and the magic link never works! Typing in my usual email and password just leads to an error message saying i need to use the magic link. Would be nice if my $350 a month plan could at least work on the app!

No refund recived

I am not subscribed to your services, still charging me . And not replying to my refund email . This is pathetic. Have some ethics please

Request priority Number 1...

I go into Seller Central 50-100 times a day, to pull down to refresh and see how many units and $ I’ve sold that day. That means I must 1) unlock phone 2) find SC 3) wait for it open 4) pull to refresh 5) check units sold 6) switch to $ sold and wait 7) view, and change from 7 day to 30 days if I want more information. I want an iOS WIDGET so bad but it doesn’t exist. So I came looking in the App Store for an H10 app and saw you had one!! I downloaded excitedly hoping for a widget! Nothing :(. But it’s a new app so to be expected. However, this would be the most CLUTCH widget ever. Please create one, as an iOS dev myself it’ll definitely be pretty straight forward. I would love to see in the widget, if possible, daily units sold, revenue and profit. Then if possible same 3 piece of information for last 7 days and 30 days! Pleeease add this, your app will grow insanely win download with a useful widget! EDIT: Should have given 3-4 stars perhaps. I just noticed i can’t see PROFITS, only GROSS. That’s the beauty of Profits on web, to see what Amazon SC cannot immediately show me! Please add profit to the app!
