All about the look
It seems that Helium 10 are only concerned with how the app looks. Please stop this, it looks great but now can you please make it do something useful! With the last update the Adtomic tab has stopped working. It displays all the times in the UK marketplace with an error of 8 hours. I know you’re a US company, but why should we have to pay the same price as the US customers but have to live with each new day starting at 8am, so all the sales figures don’t tally with Amazon? PPC data is just rubbish. It doesn’t make any sense at all. Adtomic on the website shows £100s spent on PPC but not one penny of it is mentioned in Profits, so what is the point of telling me my profit but ignoring this major expense. I feel bad complaining about this as I do believe you potentially have a great product. But please sort these things out while you still have some support from the little guys.
Disappointed
These guys need to have a look at the mobile app version because it is a useless app. Desktop is amazing but the mobile is no good.
Doesn’t show profit
Great to have an app, but it’s absolutely pointless to only show revenue. I already know my revenue by looking at the Amazon app. I need to see profit. I’ve waited weeks (maybe months) for this simple update, but the only update I’ve seen so far is a rebrand...
Useful app but please sort out the login!
Finally a Helium10 app!! Everything is great about it apart from the login. Needs fingerprint recognition ASAP, magic link is a strange and long winded concept!
