Helium Hotspot

The validators, the cheaters, the hotspot manifactors steal it all. Bad manufactors you have to wait 8-12 months and make less than 0,50 cent per day if you are lucky. Ahotspot coast 600 us dollar. Always network issues, hotspots more offline than online. Big joke!

Not working

We’ll I try adding a new hotspot because I recently purchased a bobcat miner and I just keep getting spammed with those errors “Error wait” tried rebooting, resynching etc and nothing works it’s getting kinda frustrating because it says “Easy as 1 2 3” I wish it was but bc not sure if the app is buggy or not but it’s not as easy and it might take days to get a hold of support to be able to fix it lol.

Can’t add my miner that was already loaded on last version of app. New version says there is already an owner, contact manufacturer. Ridiculous!

I bought five Bobcat miners, and never got anything of value out of it. Now they can’t even be hooked up. I’ve been had

Trying to set up my bobcat that was previously setup. We got new wifi at the house and it won’t connect to the new one. Every time I use Bluetooth to setup, I try to connect but get “error” after the Bobcat comes up.

It’s so bad it feels like a rug pull. I’ve been had 😢

I did what the box said my address popped up my miner showed my location on the map and I was waiting for verification then one day I open the app my miner is not on the page it says add minner I go check the Ethernet all the cables are fine nothing moved so I did a Bluetooth search told it it’s connected with both wifi and Ethernet but I clicked Ethernet and it says it knows my router however I go back and my miner is still disappeared i sent maybe 100 emails nothing I mean I’m so mad right now and I had to wait MONTHS to get mine

Ever since they migrated wallets to a new app, this app literally has zero utility. Why is it still on the App Store? No explorer, no reward view, no wallet, no onboarding hotspots...

Just updated and can no longer see how much my hotspots are all earning like before. I get migrating the wallet, but this feature was so nice to see it all in a space to see which hotspots were underperforming and which were doing well. Please bring it back
