Helium Hotspot

This app was much easier to setup miners with rather then the ones we got now. Yes the new Wallet is super good 👍 but our options to setup miners “bobcat” are bad compared to the ease of this app. Plz bring back 😅✅

Thieves. That’s all I will say there are much better, more honest crypto projects to support. This one is garbage, a scam. Not to mention during migration to their wallet my crypto mysteriously disappeared. Despite the process being wholly in their hands. I.e where I didn’t put in an address the app encroached it and was supposed to handle it. Do not support them. They are nothing but piece of shot THIEVES.

You broke the app. It no longer shows the dollar amount, only HNT. Please fix.

I’m trying to troubleshoot some issues with my miner, but can’t figure out what’s working and what isn’t because this app doesn’t seem to provide me with any updates. - first day receiving the miner, I hook it up, download this app, and watch it in action. It says the miner is online but syncing. No info on how long it takes to sync, so I had to go online to see it’s typically 1-2 days, sometimes upwards of a week. - after it syncs, it’s constantly in relay mode. There’s a notice that links me to a guide that seems helpful at first, but after making changes to it, there’s no difference. Still on relay mode, but at least I see it’s earning some HNT, so I leave it be. - about a day ago, all activity just stops. No notice on why. I go online and see a number of people are expressing grievances with some changes. Overloaded network. Miner is still online and relay mode, even after I made the connectivity changes. - this morning, the status changes from online to “needs attention” because it’s offline. I haven’t made any new changes. I log into the miner, see it’s still connected to wifi. I reboot the miner. Still “needs attention” but I have no idea what the issue is. All of that to say, communication should be better here (maybe a section in the app with latest news, including possible network issues that may result in downtime). I was excited for this project, but my initial experiences make me think this is just a dud.

If you select wifi in the initial setup you cannot change it to Ethernet even if it’s connected to Ethernet. It’s ridiculous since only wifi works.

I don’t know what can be improved sorry but I like it. Except it’s annoying when I look at the map then if I tap some sort of way it brings me all the way back to my hotspot location.

Why is discovery mode not working? Trying to run it with my new miner. Other than that app works well.

I can’t find my wallet address could anybody help

This is the first time I have ever written a review because it truly felt warranted. Too often are there issues with the app that prevent me from being able to monitor my hotspot. Will be looking at other platforms due to the apps inability to correctly and efficiently display information.

You developers might want to start reading the one star ratings and fixing the app quick or someone else is gonna scoop ur business
