Service is generally in shambles so the app is no exception. You never notified your customers for the need to download a new app! I had to find out why the previous app was not working. I had to create a new account for the new app, which is in greek without a translation option (I’m greek but what about non greek customers?). After registration completion, I am only receiving log in errors for supposedly incorrect details. I changed the password and created a new one, only to get the same error. Also, sort out your refund process. If a trains never shows up and the station doesn’t have staff, I have to travel to another station to get a refund? Beyond ridiculous.

For some reason they couldn’t send me tmy ticket to my email that I paid for, due to “malfunctions of the system”. I called and at first they thought I was bluffing in order to get a free ticket!! But then a guy in the train station helped me, I got my ticket only 4-5 minutes before the train arrived.

Log in does not work at all. Station search is bit more complicated than Rubik’s cube, and the tickets are non purchasable.

Ευκολόχρηστη εφαρμογή στην αναζήτηση δρομολογίων, στην επιλογή θέσεων, αλλά και στην πληρωμή. Υπάρχει πρόβλημα στην ανάκτηση κωδικών πρόσβασης, διότι ο σύνδεσμος που έρχεται στο email είναι λανθασμένος καθώς ο server της εταιρείας έχει αλλάξει και έτσι ο browser δεν μπορεί να συνδεθεί στη σελίδα. Ελπίζω να διορθωθεί.

Άθλιο όπως τα τρένα τους. Δύσκολο στη χρήση σχεδόν ΑΧΡΗΣΤΟ.
