Hello bank! Belgium

No SMS received on USA number +1xxx.xxx.xx.xx (AT&T) so can’t register my account in the app 😔 receiving SMS works fine from other providers (currently in Belgium on BASE network I get texts sent to my US AT&T number) same problem as someone else reported here so I think this is an issue with the SMS gateway Fortis is using 😒

Can’t register my account. When i put my US phone number, I never receive the confirmation email...

Decent app however there are a few simple thing they need to do, first a language option is seems there is no way to change the language in app. Second it pauses whatever music was playing when you open it.

The app crashes suddenly without any reason. I had to delete and reinstall and configure my profile every time the app crashes. When it crashes the app just flashes and do not open. It is a headache to operate this app.It should be renamed as “Bye Bank” instead of “Hello Bank”

Can you guys please integrate touch ID. You're like the only banking app that still dosen't have it. It's kind of obvious that you should have it by now.

Impossible de faire la demande pour une carte prepaid, application catastrophique, inachevée et non fonctionnelle. Indigne d'une institution bancaire

Très content plein d options répond à mes attentes

Que des bonnes expériences avec l’application, pourtant ça serait chouette de pouvoir personnaliser l’écran de connexion avec une image de la pellicule personnelle et peut-être pouvoir aussi changer la couleur de l’écran d’accueil
