Hello Doctor

Unable to validate using the SMs PIN code. It just always says the code is incorrect.

Not sure why this app exists. I have been told to consult a doctor every time I have used this app.

User interface is not user friendly. I am able to send a request to initiate a text conversation but I am unable to respond and that usually leaves the doctor with no choice but to close the query as I am unable to respond. I only have the option to view my responses in the "chat history" tab. The amount of times I have started conversations and have had them closed with no resolve is mildly frustrating. I appreciate the service being offered, but it is frustrating to know that it is available but inefficient.

Please just give up, this app is the most pathetic attempt at “helping” people. Start over and hire qualified people. If I could burn this app down I would, it causes my blood pressure to spike and anxiety levels to shoot through the roof. Don’t sms me you’ve answered my question if nobody has. JUST STOP!!! You are really so k*k at your jobs, I’d die of embarrassment if I was you. So sad that you make money off of complete junk like this.

I have used the app a few times, and all of these times the doctors on the other side just refer me to my gp. I would like the doctors to be able to help me in an emergency situation with things to use around the house or prescribe something basic. I cannot always get to the gp in time, and need things for the in between uses. It irks me that they just say consult your doctor if they don't get better(like duh) I thought that was what I was doing. The virtual aspect could be used surely in this day and age. I then feel stupid for using the app as I am none the wiser. And I hate that the doctors just close the chat, starting a new chat takes hours...

I’m trying to sign into the app but can’t get past the ID screen—why would this be? It’s very annoying.

This app is very useless,you leave and come back it takes you back to the start page. .wouldn’t recommend it.

This issue has been addressed by other reviewers over a year again, but it would seem the app product manager wants to rather add prettier UI, than address core login functionality Point is: once you have requested a call or ended a text chat, you cannot use the service again without signing out. *Please* address this - the doctors and the concept is great

It’s a good app, but needs an update. Please also fix and or allow messages to be read later because it’s boring to leave a message, the Doctor replies, but you can’t see the message probably because you couldn’t wait but hoped to read the message later.
