Hercules CP Mobile

I have asked for a refund 6 months ago and I still have not received it. I talked to the customer service manager several times and still they could not find a solution to this problem. They are very unprofessional.

Works great, I know exactly when my clothes are done and when the laundry room is available. I have also received refunds when the machines did not work well.

The Hercules app works mostly as it should, with an occasional glitch. Still bears carrying a laundry card or quarters around.

Washes and dries clothing and bedding and towels effectively!!!

Great addition to our building.

It’s a pretty helpful app. My only suggestions it to make the sequence of payments the same between using the washers and dryers. Sometimes the app starts your machine, other times you need to press a button multiple times to start a machine.
