App doesn’t work. Can’t connect new watch
The device screen is blanked out, so cannot fill in the required data. The app will not detect my smart watch when trying to bind. The support on the app does not connect in order to contact app support.

Hi when I try to sign up I put my email in the try to make a passcode but what ever the combination I use it says already in use update the app has stopped working now and says not binded please sort it it’s frustrating
Watch face does not sync
Every time I try to sync the watch face showing error (Invalid OTA MTU). Not sure how to resolve it- tried restarting the iPhone , restarting/ resetting the watch and even deleting the fitcloud pro app but did not resolve the error. Any recommendations anyone?
Lacking
The app itself works very well. The watch faces aren’t that great and they are not updated so you are left with a selection that gets boring over time. The option to customise with your own images is helpful however it’s limited, other apps offer you option of changing colour of digital time but this one just stays black which means no dark images as you won’t see the time/date very well. Overall quite disappointing.

Solid app, reliable data.
Using this app for my SUNKTA smart watch. Very happy with its ease of use and efficiency. What would be brilliant is an increase in watch faces and variety. Could we please have a refresh and increase in choices please.

Don’t work!
This app needs a new update as everything has gone wrong, once I come away from the app the time and date on the watch is not right anymore until I go back into the app, then all the data is gone on the app, I put all my info back into the app only to find its all gone again after sync🤯. Please fix it soon

Include battery % level of watch on to app, save reviving watch to view %
No cycling tracker
My watch said over 50 excerise on the watch the app only got 3 fittnes programs is there any way to track my ride ?
