Game is has changed a lot in recent times.
A few years back you could play it casually and still enjoy it. Now it is pay to play and it a lot worse than before.
Too expensive and not fun anymore
I like the game, but you are making a lot of changes for the worst. Each event is even more expensive than before, the rewards are getting less and less. Your worst decision is changing the hero’s Way. The basic pass is 4x times more expensive, rewards look good, but i am starting to doubt i can get them if i don’t pay to complete quests and get these new hero way tokens. This is completely insane! If this keeps going, i will stop playing this game next month and wont be paying a penny ever again.

Tried contacting your support but only a stupid chat bot answered me. I have so much coins to spend. Hope you fix it before the events end!!!!
Hero wars became scam game
I used to love this game, but unfortunately they became scammers. In order to maximise their profits they created artifacts with very similar look and tricks you to buy it. Afterwards they refused to refund you with very weak excuse that you already used it, despite of the fact you didn’t. I hate being fooled and will not play this game anymore! So long suckers.
Disappointing
I installed the game and from the start I was not given a choice, I have to agree that the game owners are allowed to share my data to 3rd parties! I am sorry, but by not giving me a work around this rule I refuse to give my data to any greedy people who clearly do not have my best interest in mind to handle my data! You lost me from the beginning!

Terrible, do not spend any money on it
Apart from all other issues I had with this game, today I found out that 1500 gems are missing from my account. The useless support says that i have opened 10 heroic chests, which I have not - simply I have all worthy heroes so there is no need to do it. They had a glitch this morning which made the game unfunctional and I am pretty sure it caused the second glitch I am suffering from. Nobody cares and i received only lame explanation from support…
