False advertising and bad customer service

I found this game randomly 2 years ago without seeing the ads and I got really addicted to it for like a year until I stopped playing it because it got boring fast for me. Randomly I see the most fraudulent ad for this game and I remember when I used to play this game and I clicked on the reviews just to see everyone agree about how the game wasn’t how it was in the ads and at first I didn’t care until I saw how the developers replied. All the replies I saw were the developers saying that their sorry the customer was deceived and that they just made the ad to attract people and that if they want further help they should contact ___. How is that a valid answer? You just admitted to making click bait and completely ignored the problem.

Pricey

I enjoy this game a lot actually, pricey but still come back every single day checking in on my guild and how I’ve done in the area, only downsides are I sometimes glitch out from the app when I spamming the coin wheel and I would pay more if the 4x diamonds is more frequent. Not a puzzle game

It’s not the game it looks like or how it’s advertised. This should be actually reported. But otherwise it’s a good game.
