The whole reason I downloaded the app was to check the wait times. The app was not even close to being accurate the entire time we were there. Useless.

Good app but needs some improvements. Sometimes ride times don’t show or way off. Some rides show open when closed

This app is one of the best amusement park apps I have used. It gives great access to everything I need throughout the day, but the wait times shown on the app are inaccurate. Most of the time the wait times aren’t even shown on the app. It would be nice if this feature was to be updated.

Wait times are not up to date. The app says 15 minutes and ride operators are saying 2 hours. If I paid for tickets for today instead of getting them free for a company picnic I’d demand my money back. We’ll be lucky to get on 4 rides today. Not worth the price. Hershey park just wants you to spend extra and get the fast pass.

Balance of rides, shows, dining for all, app makes it efficient to do almost everything during the day

The wait times listed on the app are wildly inaccurate. The map is nice and organized but the wait times are really what you need. You could wait an hour for a ride that says that it’s open. It getting hard to enjoy this park without a fast pass which is upsetting as it adds anoth 50$ to your already very costly tickets (unless you get a deal which I never go without). For reference visited on a Tuesday in July. Only got to ride one ride in the first two hours.

I love hershey park, its got everything you ask for. People say the app is bad but lets be real you don't know how to use it. The 14 roller coasters are all phenomenal. the fact they put 14 enjoyable roller coasters is surprising for any park. the season pass parking is great. All the employees that i have personally met were amazing nice. And before i see one more person complain about the wait times all i have to say is its an amusement park deal with it. The food there is delicious but I will say some places aren’t good. But is that Hershey's fault? After all the workers see students from the school hershey. Employees still are good tho! i like sweet start. all i have to say is that this place is absolutely phenomenal
