Brilliant
I have been using the Hexis app for about one month. I started using the app to help me fuel and recover from my cycling workouts, with the added goal to lose weight. I am training for the Ride Across Portugal in May 2024. At 63 I am trying to be as professional in my preparation as possible. Hexis is helping me do this effectively and effortlessly.
For Australia, a small improvement could be to update the food bank choices, but that’s it.
Can highly recommend the app if you are serious about achieving you full potential.
