The Best Tailor Made Nutrition Program!

I couldn’t recommend this program enough. As an athlete who works a full-time job you need to put the right fuel into your body to perform daily. FuelIn assisted me greatly eliminating the unknown of exactly how many grams of what you need to eat. I was luckily enough to be partnered with Alan and we really worked hard on eating a certain amount of food to maximise my energy during each day. During this process I was training for an Ironman and felt really energised each day as I was fueling my body correctly. 10/10 experience

A really easy way to work the correct nutrition in with your triathlon program, I love that it’s integrated with training peaks so you’re eating what is right for your training, it’s definitely not just a cookie cutter approach. There’s a heap of recipes or you can record your usual nutrition and tweak it to suit what is precscribed

I have been working with Scott for about 2 years - the knowledge and guidance Scott provides in his very detailed/personalized nutritional plans are second to none. The most important part from the process has been practicing and trialing nutrition/hydration during training. Without this I wouldn’t be were I am now... my performance has improved significantly and so as my physique. I thank Scott for showing me that we don’t only need to train hard to swim/bike/run at the level we desire but we also need to train our gut to perform at the same level. Also worth mentioning Scott and his team are very focused on delivering their programs (fuel.in app)in a very accesible and practical way which also improves the athelete's experience cheer team! I’ve been using the Fuelin program now for the past 6 months and would highly recommend to any athlete wanting to better there performance. Its so simple to use and takes all the guess work out what I should be eating. Scott and the team are very approachable and they are always willing to answer any questions.
